Christmas 2011

The Verdugo's celebrated Christmas together this year. We had Christmas Eve at our house. It was a rocking good time. 

As you know, no party at the Bigelow's would be complete without a Twister Tournament and a trip to the ER. Unfortunately our friend Susan wasn't feeling well so we ended up having to take her to the ER. She's okay, she's just had a rough couple of weeks. 

Meanwhile, back at the house, the Twister Tournament was in full swing. It gets crazy! Thomas made up brackets and everything.

Jared broke the rules, but he appealed to the judge who gave him another chance....

Nathan gave George a great battle...

But in the end George was the ultimate Twister champion.

The boys always get PJ's for Christmas Eve...

Thomas had a special treat for Santa. He figured that Santa was probably tired of all the milk and cookies so he left him out a double bacon cheeseburger and a coke.

Christmas morning they woke up bright and early...

Jared got a case of Bueno bars from Santa....

The boys both got rollerblades from Santa....

Nana & Tata came through with some Wii motion plus remotes. They were pretty excited to get these...

Unfortunately, Santa's elves get a little busy and sometimes they make mistakes. For example, Thomas got two left skates. It was kinda funny.

Christmas day was spent at the Noto home. We basically have two days of games, food, music, & just a great party.

Of course, eventually the gag gifts come out and we are all about humiliation in our family....

We had a great Christmas. We enjoyed our time with our family and have enjoyed this little break from school & work. Next up is our trip to MEXICO!!!
