It's All Fun And Games Until Someone Gets Hit With A Mud Wave

A few weeks ago, we decided to take advantage of the rainy weather. We packed a lunch and loaded up the four-wheelers and headed out for the desert.

The boys had a blast riding through the mud puddles. They were a little unsure at first.

You know, it's hard to get all those years of "Don't get dirty" out of your head.

At first, they rode around the puddles.
{Thomas chose the teeniest puddle he could go through}

{NOPE! We're going around!}

Then, the rode through them very slowly.

{Okay, that was fun...}

Finally they got the hang of it and were speeding through those puddles like the Tazmanian Devil.

We had a great day full of mud and fun. However, the trip home wasn't that pleasant....little boys who are covered in stagnant mud water are STINKY!

Now they keep asking...

When are we going to go again?
