A couple of days ago we had a HUGE rainstorm.
It normally doesn't rain like this in good ol' AZ.
It rained all night and this was what the streets and park looked like at 7:40am
The school day was crazy. Out of 600 students about 558 stayed home or left. It took me 8 hours to get through all the absence calls!!! But we survived.
And my lovely family decided that it would be a good idea to play in that filthy filthy water. Don't they know that flesh and brain eating parasites live in that water?
Ugh!
But - we made it through and that's the important part right?
I'll let you know how we fare on the flesh eating bacteria.
